Verisec-Trittico event in Milan – “The Evolution of Payment Cryptography” event series

Verisec-Trittico met with security experts responsible for about 80 percent of the Italian card payment transactions.

At the Hyatt Centric Milan Centrale, the Verisec Group, including Trittico, hosted an event exploring the future of payment cryptography, meeting with security experts of the Italian card payment transactions. Under the “The Evolution of Payment Cryptography” event series, industry professionals, security experts, and technologists gathered to witness the official introduction of 10XPAY – Payment Cryptography as a Service, a cutting-edge advancement in the realm of Hardware Security Modules (HSMs).

Verisec, leveraged the event to solidify its presence in Italy. As a globally expanding industrial investor, Verisec emphasized its mission to support and enhance operations in high-security, high-resiliency environments.

The event opened with a warm welcome by Massimo Botturi and Anders Henrikson, representing the team spirit of Trittico and Verisec. The morning’s sessions laid the groundwork with key insights into the evolving regulatory and technological ecosystem.

Paolo Basilio of Foregenix and Dimitri Binazzi offered an important joint session on PCI insights, where they addressed cryptography compliance and the growing demands posed by emerging technologies. Their perspectives gave attendees a clearer understanding of how payment security standards are adapting in real time.

The spotlight then turned to the star of the day: 10XPAY Payment Cryptography as a Service. Presented by Stefano Pizzera and Massimo Botturi, the session, titled “Una innovazione nel mondo degli HSM”, detailed how 10XPAY redefines the efficiency, scalability, and agility of HSM solutions in payment ecosystems.

Technical insights followed with Aidan Corcoran, offering a deep dive into 10XPAY’s architecture, performance benchmarks, and integration capabilities. This set the stage for the highly anticipated live demonstration, showcasing the product’s speed, automation, and security features in a real-world scenario.

In the second half of the event, Milos Velickovic highlighted how 10XPAY supports operational resiliency and availability, showcasing how businesses can leverage the service to strengthen their infrastructure without compromising performance or compliance.

Carlos Flores then introduced VerisecUP, the Verisec suite of authentication services, reinforcing the importance of end-to-end trust in digital interactions, especially in very large-scale payment environments where security cannot be compromised.

The event concluded with a summary from Anders Henrikson, who emphasized the collaborative efforts that made the launch possible and invited the audience to engage in continued dialogue over a buffet lunch.
